| A Receipt of Authenticity and Valuation accompanies
each fine timepiece or article of jewelry purchased at Watchmeusa.com.
Each watch is unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials or
workmanship in the mechanism for two full years after the date of purchase.
This is double the manufacturer's warranty on a new watch. All other mechanisms
are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship
for one full year after the date of purchase, unless otherwise specifically
indicated in the terms of sale.
All watches sold by Watchmeusa.com are guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition, and are also guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of at least one year. In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustment or battery replacement. However, in the event of a return for repair of watches under warranty, Watchmeusa.com reserve the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglrct or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by Watchmeusa.com. While the incidence of defects in our Vintages,
Brand New and Pre-owned watches is low, there may be occasions in which
warranty work becames necessary. In such cases, the watch will need to
be returned to Watchmeusa.com for service. Any work performed on your watch
outside of Watchmeusa.com, without our authorization, will be at the expense
of you, the buyer in addition, unauthorized service
will result in voiding the warranty of the watch..
